We have recently moved to the area and were unsure of who to use for the installation of our fire as we don’t know many people in the way of obtaining recommendations. We decided to visit the Vale Stoves show room at Blackminster Business Park for ideas. After meeting Ian we were instantly put at ease with the friendly knowledge and advice he provided. Following a prompt visit to our house and a quote that was more than reasonable we decided Vale stoves would be our preferred choice of installer for creating an opening for the fire place and fitting our chosen fire.

On installation, Ian and the team could not have been more professional in their approach and we’re absolutely over the moon with the end result. Nothing was ever too much trouble, including me changing my mind on the stove last minute. We were even invited to go and look at the slate hearths in stock to pick our preference due to the variance in colour and texture. I am 100% satisfied with the works undertaken and I will be using them again for maintenance over the coming years.

Would I recommend Vale Stoves……. Absolutely.
